Hi do i need to set on my subsonic filter if i use my amp and sub only for Db Drag competition? How a subsonic filter work?

That wouldn't be a bad idea, if anything it could possibly boost your dB due to the fact that the sub doesn't have to reproduce frequencies it isn't designed to handle.
