Ok guys, I cannot figure out how the heck to connect my Alpine MRP-F240 to run in 3 channel mode. Of course the manual does not specifically address this (nor did any other brand's manual I could find) even though it claims 3 channel capability.

My head unit has two sets of pre-outs and I intend to run them to the amp (with your help) and then out to 2 Rockford Fosgate T162C coaxials, and a single Punch Stage 2 sub.

OK, so to sum it up: 2 pre outs to a 4/3/2 amp, out to 2 coaxials and bridged to 1 Sub-woofer.

Hallo there

T REX

I'm just a ole former projectionist Does it come with a manual, if not do a search on the type of product you have, to find out if it's doable for the type of model you have?

Let me know how you get along, I wish I had the answer, but.

Or is that three channel mono LF MF and HF with a built in active X-over unit!

Then if so two of these models would have to be used for stereo use.

The MRP-F240 is not a 3 channel amp. So you will not be able to hook that up right like that,is the reason it will not run right.
