Plz FAST help, Alpine or JL?

who cares New member Username: Fastpacerace Post Number: 1 Registered: Jun-05	Posted on Thursday, June 09, 2005 - 07:40 GMT Two Alpine 12" type R's, with 1000W RMS amp, OR W710" JL sub with either the Alpine AMP or its own JL amp 500W. what's better? does the alpine amp give enough to each of the two type R's?. (amp is JL 500/1) , or (amp is MRD M1005 (alpine).

who cares New member Username: Fastpacerace Post Number: 2 Registered: Jun-05	Posted on Friday, June 10, 2005 - 09:13 GMT oh ausome thanks for the help. yeah i was leaning towards tha alpines.. haha. but ya they are 4ohm dual voicecoil. i think that amp only gives 700W at 4oh? so do they only each get 350W RMS out of that amp?
