i just finished installing my system. it is
1 15" kicker L7 in a ported box
1 fusion fe-504 amplifier
1 kicker 150.4 amplifier
fusion fps-602s 6" speakers in front
sony xs-gt6930 6 X 9 in the back
sony xs-gt6937x 6 X 9in the parcel tray
and a panasonig 50 X 4 head unit

i am running the sub on the fusion amp and the two parcel tray speakers on the kicker amp. Would it be worth looking into getting a capacitor to help power my system

Not really, a cap just helps the responce time. As long as you're alt is keeping up, it doesn't really matter. Personally, I don't see the use in them though.

Either will help you're problem. If you added a second battery, investing in an isolater wouldn't be a bad idea. That would allow the second battery to power the system, and keep the 1st battery, the starting battery from running down. You're alt wouldn't be under quite as much stress.
or you could just buy like a 250/300A alternator and not worry about it.:-)

Depends on you're type of car, but a good $3/400. Take a look at www.4alterstart.com just to give you an idea.

hey taylor are you sure he would need a 250/300 amp alternator....he's not pushing that much power...i think a 200 amp alternator would work...

Yahe, 250/300 would be a little big, I was just using that as an example,:-) and there is always room for upgrading.:-)
