Going to be running these to the kicker and I don't want it to be underpowered since I read this can harm them.. so I'm trying for close to 5000 to.. the acutal 5000. Let me know if you have an amp I could use for sale.. or know where I could get a really good deal on 1 or 2. Please help, i'm totally broke and frustrated at the moment. |

If that were the case all out subs would blow up when we turn the volume down at stoplights. That being said it defintely is very easy to drive a lower powered amplifier into clipping, but if you use your head, set the gains right, and lay off the bass boost you won't have a problem. -Fishy |
