For Example: Under bad it says Kenwood (Speakers) so does that mean that only their speakers are bad and everything else is in another category? |

Like other manufacturers, they make some bad products as well as some good/useable ones. If a manufacturer produces too many items with high failure rate, they get the "bad" rating. |

I can say from experience that there very old stuff was some of the best, but halfway through the Rubicon series they went overseas. I haven't heard any of their most recent stuff. The Van Gogh series looks to be based on the same topology as their earlier Rubicon offerings(similar specs) so if build quality hasn't suffered that line is probably ok. -Fishy |

Just because one brand of amps has a high failure rate doesn't necessarily mean your particular model is destined to give up the ghost. A lot of amps sound just fine until they don't work anymore. :P -Fishy |

And Iv'e heard Alphasonik products need help on the inside. Sony makes some quality home products, and they know alot of people want to buy everything Sony. So all they did is throw some low end speakers out for their home audio fans. The home receivers they make are ??? even their ES line. This is why their car audio line sucks, and it's just because they really don't care to put some effort into it like they do their TV's. Swiss Audio (made in Korea) Bad. HEY what about BLITZ AUDIO(SICK).........(NOT) What about Kaption and Concept? |
