i have a 600w amp and a 2000w sub, i kno d amp isnt enuff to power the subs 750w rms. so i am going to get another amp. how do i connect two amplifiers to 1 subwoofer???
is the sub 2000 watts RMS or Peak?? what kind of sub?? 750 watts will prob push the sub fine, maby not to its full potential though the only way to hook 2 amps to a single sub is if the amps are strapable or if the sub has dual voice coils (1 amp per VC) but thats not a highly recomended set up because if either amp spikes you can blow the sub.
Amp to voice coil is really only applicable for SPL comps. There are too many variables for the amps so it is almost impossible to set both amps the same/correctly. 2000 watt subs sound like a Sony to me =)lol
