From my expierience Pioneer has never been the greatest( except for HU's), so I don't know about going downhill. And it has been in Walmart since as far back as I can think of as well.

People can get loud with subs but that doesn't mean they're all that great of subs power acoustiks have some large magnets and if given the right wattage, etc... they can get loud but i dont like the SQ on them same with L7's but im not sure...never heard many pioneer subs around my town
