I have 2 x Kicker 12" Solo-baric 4ohm sub-woofers(old version)750 watt rms each(1500 watt max) I would just like to know what would be the best mono amp to run these subs...between the Kicker KX 1200.1 or the Alpine MRD M1001?The only reason Im considering the Alpine is because i have an Alpine 9835R head-unit and i will be able to control the amp from the head-unit,could someone please advise me...is it worth using the Alpine amp because of the head-unit/amp linkage?
