hey jeffyb i'd be glad to help you and the wiring can be done easily. your kicker amp is 400W x 2 @ 4 Ohms RMS bridged so hooking it up is no prob but what are the specs of the subs? (ohms and RMS power) are they single or dual voice coil? btw, bridging them means you'll only get mono but with subs mono is fine.

heres the link to the sub... http://www.acoustic-visions.com/~acoustic/products/subwoofer_drivers/adire_shiva / it says its dual vc 8 ohms, and 650 rms(i think) but ive read on here that 300 rms would work fine

If you want to use the whole amp for bass wire the voice coils in parallel(pos to pos, neg to neg) to give you 4 ohm speakers as shown here(2nd pic from top):

http://www.jlaudio.com/tutorials/wiring/index.html

then wire em to your amp like it shows in the bridged configuration pic here:

http://www.kicker.com/05/tech-support/manuals/manuals/02KX300_600_800_4Manual.pd f

You're probably also going to need a a couple y connectors to split your RCA's as it seems you utilize both the right and left inputs on that amp.

If you plan on using half that amp for mids and highs then wire the voice coils in series(for 16 ohm speaks) and then the speakers in parallel (3rd pic from top, first link) for an 8 ohm load, then wire the amp like it shows in the 2nd link for the "Stereo And Bridged" configuration. You're only gonna get 100 watts to each sub this way however, whereas the first way gives you 400 each.

Should sound awesome with the right box. From what I hear those subs are hard to beat for the price.
