Speaker terminals on subwoofer enclosure

What do you guys use? I was looking at getting this

but I'm not sure if it will hold up. What do you think? (400W RMS 12" sub in a sealed enclosure)

you don't have to get a terminal, just drill a hole the size of your speaker wire and be done with it. if your concerned about it not being sealed, you can use silicon around the speaker wire hole to seal it off. i say thoes terminals are a waste, plus any time you add un needed connections, you'll lose voltage and cause extra problems.
