I tested my Kenwood KDC-216S before I did the final install. Everything worked fine, power/sound. However, after the final install I get power but no sound from the speakers. Ground and all connections are good. Any ideas or help that could help me in resolving this problem is appreciated. Thanks.
it sounds like you have speaker wires touching behind the radio. that would make the radio go into protection. Try pulling the radio out first check your wires and see what happens.
