I was wondering if Edead v1 is better than the v3. Edead v1 is a sheet thing like Dynamat but v3 is like a paint thing. It seems like it would be a lot easier with the paint on stuff so I was wondering if it would work as well as the sheet stuff? Has anyone ever had any experiences with this stuff? Is it really just as good as dynamat? Also about how much Edead would I need to cover up my trunk and my rear deck? My car is a 93 Mazda 626. Like how many gallons if I got the v3? and how many square feet would I need if I go with the v1?
Not sure on how much you'd need but I do have the eDead v1 in my trunk, and it works great. I do think the v1 would work better for sound dedening, but the paint stuff would probably be easier to apply, you could get into little cracks and stuff easier. I have heard of people putting 1 layer of the v1 on and then putting a coat of v3 over top to seal everything up.

Well if I did just go with the paint thing would it still work well because I don't plan on having this car too much longer but I just can't put up with the rattle anymore. Really all I care about is my rear deck because thats all that I can hear rattle inside the car. I'll just put the leftover stuff on my trunk lid. Do you think the paint thing will stop the rear deck rattle?
