Thursday, February 24, 2005 - 23:09 GMT I would say, 2 15/18 Re mt's, with 2 Hifonic's 1500D's. If you want to spend that much money, and git new amp's.

Monday, February 28, 2005 - 00:46 GMT They will git loud if powered right. They are a good spl sub, but absolutely crap in the sq department. People have also had a lot of problem's with them just stop working. It has to do with there square shape causes stress point's on the cone. They will most likely be your best bet for the budget.

Monday, February 28, 2005 - 17:33 GMT Actually when your talking about really high spl, xmax doesn't matter as much. When your running a million watts to the sub at like 50 or 60 hz, there's not gonna be that much excursion. If you want a loud daily driver, then yes more excursion is better.
