I amp planning to install a: RF p3 sub (400rms) RF p5002 amp (Max 1500, RMS 500) to 02 Honda CIVIC....Do u guys think I would need an electrical upgrade, stiff wires, alternator, capacitor, etc...?? I dont think so but i wanna double check.. |
Anonymous | if thats all you want to put in your car, it should run it with no problems. now if you find that your car is not running smooth and the lights are dimming really bad after you install the system, then go for an alternator upgrade. in terms of wiring kits, they mostly all do the same. the main difference I see is the strand count in the power wires. the more strands, the more flexible the wire and easier to install. I highly recommend checking www.knukonceptz.com for wiring kits. |

Cash Deficiant Unregistered guest | Is that english? Better off upgrading the electrical system with a high-output alternator than to go with a cap. althought, you should be fine with that setup. |
