can anyone tell me the best way to hook up a 4 channel amp when u only have one set of rca preouts from stereo?? like should u split it from the head unit and run 2 pairs of rca's or can you run one set to the amp then go from the preout on the amp back in to the other input on the same amp???
you can either by rca splitters and split it from the head unit and run two sets of rca cables. but the cheaper way would be to run a rca cable from the head unit and then back at the amp use two spliters (1 female 2 male) and use them to go into the amp.
will he lose power if he uses a spliter on the (rca)? if so how much. i know the the in the better is amp will sound! plus he will not have to tunr yp the power on the amp. so will a spliter hurt or not?????????????????????
