2002 Nissan Frontier Vs. Sony Xplod stereo Installed with correct wire harness. Fired it up, power works- but NO SOUND. Why would that be ? Tried: Reset button triple checking wire connections
Is there a fuse that would cause this ? There are 3 plugs that went into the factory unit -the wire harness only came with 2 plugs. However, ALL necessary wires attach into the 2 harness plugs... the 3rd stock plug has 2 yellow wires (have no idea what that is) but maybe that's my silence problem ????

answered my own question - the wire harness that says "Nissan 1995 up" is wrong. I double checked the pins and they don't match 100%... the wire harness does not match 2002 frontiers despite what the packaging says. Therefore I am bypassing the stupid wire harnesses... now I need to find a Diagram of which speaker wires go where...
