Best subwoofer out of these?

So i need a 1000 rms subwoofer. The only brands i can buy are Phoenix gold, memphis, audison, clarion, boss, focal. I would like a sub where ppl can hear me from a mile away. lol which brand is the best? and what kind?

Just get two 12" or 15" Memphis Mojo's, 500 rms each. Will still cost $700+ though. I've heard them, they pound. What kind of amp is it anyway?
