hey all, im kinda new to all this stuff so bare with me
i recently bought a sony xplod cdx-ca590x, and its been a great little player, perfect for what i want (im not exactly a audio nut, but i like a decent sound). the speakers (also xplods) are fine, and so is the headunit apart from one little problem
any kind of cd that has fancy art work that isnt just a single flat colour or such (for example, a cd with a pattern on it, that has say black squiggles all over it, and the rest is blank, so just shiny) will skip to the point where i want to scream and throw the cd out the window.
is there something wrong with my headunit, or is it just a fault in this models design, as is there anything i can do about it? it plays cd's with very basic artwork on it fine, its just ones that have the shiny parts sticking through the art work that sends it crazy..
