Thursday, December 23, 2004 - 23:18 GMT RCAs are only to run to an amplifier. the alpine has speaker leads. you connect those, via the speaker wires, to the terminals on your speakers. this is all diagramed and explained in the alpine manual which comes with the 9825 and can be downloaded from alpine1.com

Thursday, December 23, 2004 - 23:59 GMT plenty. yes. you can use 16ga if you really like.. either is fine. radio shack sells both on a spool of about 50 feet. that'd be 25ft per side.
