I am new to the car audio stuff but I know a little about some of it. Well i was wondering if anyone could help me with a crossover issue. I have an amp that has both high and low crossovers. I have no clue where I should set them for maxium performance. The amp is an American Legacy LA1990 which has two channels. I have two Diamond Audio CM3 12's with dual 4-ohn voice coils. I have wired them to the amp so there is a 2-ohm load to each channel (one sub per channel). I am just wondering if anyone out there would know where to set the high and low crossovers. Thanks.

I forgot to add. I'm low on money and am not intrested in buying a better quality amplifier.

set the crossover to low-pass *LPF) and if you can set the frequency, set it to between 60-80Hz.
that should do the trick
