depends on the coil setup of the sub you got. single or dual coil? how many ohms per coil? does that amp support bridged mode? (by the way, soundstorm isn't a very good brand. if you've got a bit more money you may want to return it and buy something more reliable)
and i know soundstorm isn't a very good brand. I bought a cheap one just to power my sub. I have a full kenwood system and later will add a kenwood amp for quality.
Hi everyone!I have the similar question so I didn't want to create a new topic.I'm going to have Audiobahn AW1251t 12" 800w peak sub and Sony Xm 504z 500w amp.Sub has dual 4 ohm voice coil and amp is 4 chanel, can be bridged.I don't wont to burn anything so if you could help me with proper connectionThanks PS:For now the amp would power only the sub
