Anonymous | you will get a 2 ohm load if you wire them parallel..... what you will need is a 2 channel amp that matches the RMS of the subs as close as you can match it and wire one sub to each channel. this will be a 2 ohm sterio load. |

Silver Member Username: Its_bacon12Post Number: 104 Registered: 12-2003 | well if you have 4 of these 8 inch speakers, you will run the 2 channel amp at 2 ohms to each channel, and get probably 2x the RMS power output to each channel giving each subwoofer 150w RMS.... it will not "hurt the sound or amp" by your words, it only gives the amplifier a higher power output and possibly less damping factor too |
