k ive got a pyrimid 200x2 amp bridged hooked to my 15" mtx 6000 that says it needs a rms of 75-300 and what happens is when i turn up the gain or bass on the amp to high it shuts off or when i turn the deck up it shuts the amp off whats up?

Maybe your overloading the amp. What is the lowest impedence that the amp can handle? What is the impedence of the woofer? Is it dual voice coil?
