Gold Member Username: GlasswolfNorthWest, Michigan USA Post Number: 5796 Registered: Dec-03 | the alpine stuff is great.. I hope the screens are TFT and not just LCD. I wouldn't use power acoustik or solobarics, myself though. I don't like either of them personally. batteries; optima yellow top battery isolater 1/0ga power distribotion probably about a 200+A alternator. try Stinger or Ohio Generator. They can custom build you one. www.4alterstart.com can as well. |

Gold Member Username: GlasswolfNorthWest, Michigan USA Post Number: 5833 Registered: Dec-03 | sorry to hear that, but the alternator is your only source of current when the engine is running, and if you're running several thousand watts of amps, that's at least 200-300A of current draw for the audio alone. |

New member Username: JohntsPost Number: 8 Registered: Nov-04 | what size capacitors do i need |
Silver Member Username: CarguyPost Number: 261 Registered: Nov-04 | It's 1F per 1000W peak power. Do a search on eBay, you'll find lots of capacitors. |
