Can dvd play mp3?

Anonymous	Posted on Saturday, November 13, 2004 - 14:44 GMT i was just wondering can a dvd player head unit that says it plays mp3, does this mean u can make a data dvd disc (4.7 GB) with mp3's on it and it will play them all ??
