The subs are wierd cuase I looked on the rear of them and it said 8 ohms. I have a boss pd-3000 hooked to them. i should be able to blow these correct? is the 8 ohm sub load keeping the amp running at 8 ohms or is it actually going to the 1/2 ohm stable like the amp says? it seems like im lacking power, but they do bang but not like i thought it it just me or?

so is the amp running at the 8 ohm load same as the subs are rated or? its 350rms x 2 @ 4 ohms 700rms x 2 @ 2 ohms etc.. how does the amp change ohms if it can with those 8 ohm subs?

with 1 SVC 8 ohm sub on each channel, you'll get 175 watts per sub from that amp.
a kicker comp 10 is only rated to take about 150 watts anyway though.
If you want the system to hit harder, replace those tens with a pair of 24 ohm (dual 2 ohm coil) CompVR tens instead.
they're rated for up to about 400 watts each, which is what you'd get with two 4 ohm subs.
