just got a new system, 2 12 inch mtx 8000 subs with a 1600watt 2 channel audiobahn amp, good set up or no?

now you can save ur money and get some components + an amp to run them, and youll have a bomb a system :D

If its an a2200HCT audiobahn amp, then that thing should really pound them subs hard!

i say bad, mtx subs arent all there cracked up to be and same goes for the audiobahn amp, u should have gone with an MTX amp and maybe 2 12" RE SE

i have the A8002T amp, its a good amp, it pushed out 800x1@ 4 ohms, 400 x 2 @ 2 ohms or 200 x 2 @ 4 ohms. RMS! for the money its not a bad amp. doesnt get all that hot either...
