i have 2 12 inch pioneer subs, svc, impedance 4, and i was wondering the best way to wire them to my amp which is a jbl cs200.1

You can do a 2 channel amp with a 4 ohm x 2 output rating that you need then a sub to each channel (not the best option). Or wire them together in parallel for a 2 ohm load and use a Class D mono amp with a 2 ohm output rating up to par.
