hi, my name is tom im new to car audio and whats involved.. thats how i stumbled accross this place :D i would like to know of a decent setup for my car, that produces a nice amount of bass.... generally playing dance music n such like electronic, trance, house.. so on. i live in australia and have a 2001 mitsubishi lancer coupe. (i think its equivalent to a mirage coupe in the U.S) and would like to know of a decent setup to get. not really after the brands or anything, just rather what type of speakers and amps and what things are needed to get. and i guess i have about a 1500 dollar limit
CD/MP3 head unit front 6.5" separates rear-fill coaxials in factory locations 4-channel amp for front/rear speakers mono amp for subs two 10" or 12" subs in back in a vented enclosure in the trunk, rear firing. amp wiring kits for amplifiers that's about it.
