New member Username: ArzhanSF, CA US Post Number: 1 Registered: Oct-04 | My one and half year old Apline CDA 7894 has started displaying ERROR for the last few weeks. Not to say I'm completely down. The problem is I'm in India(I bought the unit when I was in US) and there arent any Alpine service centres in my place, and I dont want to risk giving it to any ordinary guy. This is what happens * When I turn the unit on it simply dispays the track number and wont play. The unit doesnt respond to any operations from the remote. * When I switch off and on, and immediately shuffle between tracks...then the unit starts playing, but after some time shuts off and displays ERROR. Does anyone have any idea about this? All I wanto to know what could cause this problem. Also can anyone give me the Alpine customer care mail address so I can mail them?
