I got 2-subs: 6"1/2 250w each.
2-6"x9":250w each
2-5":120w each
and a amp 210w+210w
Can i use the one amp to connect this system or do i need to get another amp.

6.5" subs?
I doubt it.
anyway sure you can run 6 speakers on one amplifier if you have the proper passive filters built for each speaker.
you can run the front and rear speakers in parallel, and run the subs on a low-pass filter to avoid dropping the impedance.
