I have an Antenna outside. The signal is split outside the house. That goes directly to the TV in my bedroom. And the other is connected to another splitter in the attic which goes to my Living Room.
The Bedroom TV gets great signal. The cable is much shorter (25ft or so) and it is not split.
The Living room TV is bad, sometime unwatchable. The Splitter splitting this connection is not really splitting the connection (no second cable plugged in).
I am wondering what the best way to resolve this problem is? Should I get rid of the splitter and just add a Female to Female connector? Or do I need an ampliphier? If I need an amp where would I put it?
