I want to build my non rack mountable (normal)components into the wall with an open area behind it. Does anybody make a rack or something like that or does anyone have any suggestions?

I built a nice melamine wood rack on wheels that just rolls in an out of a space----used wood shelving from Home Depot with shelf holes already drilled then put black laminate on it----looks ok ---nice but cheap---i will be moving to a custom made rack soon--

Building your own would probably be the best way to create a custom rack or you could always call a Cedia certified installer. Also see.
