I'm Sue,now working have some problem. every time i solder the RCA plug and stereo plug always have resistance.how can solder this 2 item no have resistance?who can help pls URGENT
You're probably not soldering right. Let the iron get hot, apply a small amount of solder to improve heat transfer, then heat the connection and apply solder to the connection where the connection and iron meet. Solder should flow over connection when sufficently heated.
Hi! Thanks for your advice, what you desribed is exactly the same as our present soldering process;only that we're still not able to achieve the result of zero resistance. Would appreciate if you could kindly provide additional details like: 1.What should be the ideal operating temperature for soldering iron?As our soldering irons are not equipped with any temperature control device, must we get those with such facilities? 2.Or is there any particular type of special flux we should use to improve solderability? Look forward to your reply
