I am Looking for the remote for a Magnin Telecorder Mod#:MVR9500 TV/VCR combo. I have found several Universal remotes that will work some of the functions on the TV but not correctly. I have been told that only the Mfg's remote will work properly. I have had no sucess in contacting the Mfg."Magnin Electronics Corp. 9724 Kingston Parke. Suite #106, Knoxville,TN 37922" nor finding a remote that will replace their's. I would greatly appreciate any solution that anyone could suggest.
The vast majority of TV/VCRs are Funai, you might try one of their remotes if you can find one from about the same manufacter date. If you have a universal, check and see if the Magnin code is the same as the Funai code, that should tell you if it's Funai.
I,too, am looking for a remote for Magnin Telecorder Model #MVR9500 TV/VCR. I am interested to hear if the person who posted on December 03, 2005, was sucessful in finding one. Was the Funai lead a good one?
