Sunday, April 24, 2005 - 20:18 GMT Hi, I just bought some Monitor Audio B2 Bookshelf speakers, a NAD C320BEE integrated amp, and will be getting a NAD C521BEE CD Player. This is my first set-up and I have no clue what I need here. I noticed that my speakers can be bi-wired and they have brackets? I'm just looking for a cheap but effective way of hooking this all together.

Tuesday, April 26, 2005 - 17:03 GMT OK... first set up. Cheap but effective: Get yourself some 16gauge speaker cable (from radio shack, home depot, electronic supply store, etc.) Place the IA on top of the CD (for the ventilation). Use the RCA's that come with the gear (CD input - red to red and white to white. Hook up the speakers, maintaining the red to red - black to black. Skip the bi-wire. Plug it in. Turn it on (make sure volume is down at first) and enjoy your system. L.
