needshelpinOR Unregistered guest | I just bought a 61" HDTV and had high definition cable installed. The problem is that the tv only has two component inputs and now that the cable is taking up one of the component inputs (dvd player in other one) I had to remove my Playstation component input from the tv. My question is twofold: 1) does anyone know where I could find a component splitter (or something that would allow two component inputs into one component input spot on the tv)? and 2) would there be a reduction in viewing quality? Sorry if the wording was a bit confusing but any help I could get would be much appreciated. Thanks. |
freddie the horrible Unregistered guest | you need an A/V selector. Start here: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/search-handle-url/index%3Dblended%26field-keyw ords%3Dav%20selector |
needshelpinOR Unregistered guest | Thanks for the info. I really appreciate it. All the A/V selectors on the website only had inputs for composite or S-Cable. If you have any other suggestions I'm all ears. Thanks. |
freddie the horrible Unregistered guest | Search for "component video switch" http://www.inday.com/ |
needshelpinOR Unregistered guest | Freddie, although your moniker would suggest otherwise, you're suggestion was very helpful. I found the component switch on there and now I will be able to enjoy my high def cable, dvd's and my playstation in all their glory. Thanks for taking the time to help, much appreciated. Thanks. |
