New member Username: SeandPost Number: 1 Registered: Jan-05 | I bought this remote for its learning capabilities. I had to "teach" it all the functions for my Regent Home Theater Sound System HT-391. I can get all the functions I want except for using the Power button (on the remote) to actually turn on the system. If you try to use the Power button as a key to be "taught", invalid is displayed in the LCD. Why is it that all other components that come "pre-programmed" can use the Power button to turn on/off but you can't teach the remote to use this button for other components? Any ideas? Right now I have set the "1" digit as my on/off for the Regent. It's no big deal but just a little awkward when Power is used for the other components. Thanks, Sean |
