What do I need to make my TV (coaxial audio OUT) work for my speakers (no coaxial IN)?

I recently bought a Magnavox 27" DVD/VCR combo that has only a 'audio coaxial OUT' on the back.

My mom sent me a "Regent 140-Watt Home Theater and PC Sound System, HT-391" without a coaxial input (just standard red/white/yellow inputs).

How do I hook up my TV with audio coaxial to my speakers? Do I need a third device or is there an adapter of some sort?

I have been reading similar dilemmas for the past hour, but I still can't seem to make any sense of this problem.

Thanks for any help in advance!

Use your VCR or DVD player. If you have a VCR and you have Cable TV or Antenna. Run your Cable TV or Antenna through your VCR then to your TV and use the RCA audio outputs of your VCR to plug into the Reagent Stereo module. Then you'll have to have your VCR on and use it to tune in the station you want to watch.
