New member Username: WilkyPost Number: 2 Registered: 01-2004 | I'm considering the Definitive Technology UIW 94/A ceiling speakers for a two story family room (4 total). I haven't decided on the receiver yet. Does anyone own these ceiling speakers and are you satisfied, pros-cons? I'm also looking for suggestions on others that are available in the market place for around $500 a pair (or less). Thanks. |

New member Username: EdisonPost Number: 248 Registered: 12-2003 | Definitive Techs make pretty good stuff. Try to hear niles audio, paradigm, and PSB, and MB Quart ceilings. Go with your favorite. I like niles and MBQ a lot. Others are good too. I would mate them with an onkyo ts-xr 800 or above. It won the best under 1k in a hifi sight. Sounds sweet and non-fatiguing. Smooth upscale sound with a richness and clarity. |
