Anonymous | I have been lucky enough or unlucky enough to be given some old B&W speakers. I thought I could use these with an AVR to make a home theater set up. The front left and right are fairly massive B&W 801 F Specials and the ones I intend to use for rear are B&W DM 12 bookshelf speakers. As far as I can tell these are 1980s speakers, although I am sure the B&W 801 are still probably pretty good. I am shocked to see how high priced the B&W speakers are. I am looking for recomendations on a compatible speaker without having to spend $1000 or more as recommended by a B&W dealer on a center channel. Thanks! |

You might be able to get by with this one - not a bad speaker at all, and affordable. They sell direct cutting out the middleman, so they offer more quality for the buck. |
