New member Username: GinuwinepzPost Number: 2 Registered: Aug-04 | I just bought a 15" kicker comp VR...i am putting it in a 99 grand am 4 door....should i get a ported or sealed box? i want it as loud as possible, but also as deep as possible..which box is deeper and which is louder? which would you get? Also, are there any cheap ways to get rid of trunk rattle? thanks for the help!! |

Silver Member Username: HiphopanonymousPost Number: 102 Registered: Dec-03 | you should go ported. just build a big nice slot ported box for that 15 and you will be bumping. i went from sealed to ported and the sq didn't dip down at all. it still sounds clean. plus, you get more spl ported. |
