The config for my corvette c5 hatchback is gonna start out with pioneer 7500 dvd receiver and... here's where I'm at loss. Should I get this http://www.crutchfield.com/S-DeXMRZeiFx8/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?s=0&c=10&g=76500&I =575P162S&o=p&a=0&cc=01&avf=N&search= or that http://www.crutchfield.com/S-DeXMRZeiFx8/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?s=0&c=10&g=76500&I =2064SS652&o=p&a=0&cc=01&avf=N&search=. And if kicker is better sounding, is it still worth the price difference? thx

Obviously the Kicker is a better sounding component set, but I personally don't think they're near worth the money. I'd look online for Infinity Kappa Perfects for a $200 budget, or if you're willing to spend the $900 , I recommend looking somewhere other than Crutchfield (good company, extremely high prices though). Look into Dynaudio, Focal Utopias, Rainbow, MB Quart Q series, JL Audio XR or ZR components, CDT Eurosport or HD Components. All MUCH better than two you're looking at, and worth the money unlike the Kickers (in my opinion). You can actually find any of these components online cheaper than $900, you just have to look around (Rainbows might be an exception as they aren't as widespread in America). Dynaudio, Focal, and Rainbow come HIGHLY recommended by me :-) All fantastic components.
