Does 1800 sound like too much for this equipment?

I used to have this set up in my car:

Clarion 7" VRX935VD Touch Screen Head Unit
1 Rockford Fosgate Amp 801X
1 Rockford Fosgate Amps 1001bd
2 Diamond Audio M6 5.25 Mid Components
2 Beymas Rear 6.5
2 12" Kicker L7 with ported box :-)

this is how much room i had before

but my car was totalled and I removed everything from the car, and I've decided to go with a different set up.. I still have my subs in the box, but that box too up way too much space.. I mean the kickers hit really hard and I got no distortion from them whatsoever, but the space was an issue for me..

Now that you've got the history, heres the main topic.

Sound System

Memphis - HPO-124D or M3124D (300.00)
MEMPHIS 15-MCSQ5.25 5 1/4 (300.00)
Radio Install (200.00)
Custom Made Box Plexiglass (500.00)
Amp Rack (200.00)
Labor (200.00)

Total 1700 - 1800

I received this quote from Speedworld in Queens, NY, maybe someone here's heard of them? What do you guys think? Am I being overcharged or what? I mean I can save maybe like 2 - 4 hundred by buying the items online, but then I get no warranty from Memphis..

If anyone has any suggestions on what kind of set up i should go with, I'm open to all suggestions in a price range of about 800-1500

I'll be keeping my two amps and head unit, if anyone is interested in two kicker L7's in a ported box let me know, and I'll take the measurements for you. They didn't get completely messed up but the diamonds have some dented scratches on the cone, oh and they were only working with one crossover, because one of the them blew.. Upload

I went today and spoke to Manny? i think that was his name, and those guys are more expensive than speedworld.. They gave me a quote of 2000, for the purchase of two memphis component speakers, custom made plexiglass box, and installation of radio, amps etc..i guess i'll keep shopping around
