The box specs:
2.28 cu. ft. total
Port volume: 0.39 cu. ft.
Slot port ventilation system
Dimensions: 24" W x 15" D x 14.5" H

Is there ANYWAY to find what the box is tuned to?

We need more info than that. How thick is the wood? Also, width, height, and length of slot, sub displacement (or you can just tell us what kind of sub you have). Ports can have the same volume, but a 4" port with .39 volume will be a lower tune than a 5" port with .39 for example. If you care to do it yourself, try running the enclosure on WinISD. If you don't have it, it's a free program and very useful in box design.

it's 3/4 inch thick mdf, the height of the port is 13, and the width is about 1 1/2". I want to put my Audiobahn AW1200Q in it.

Just ran it. It's tuned to 40 hz, give or take a little depending on sub displacement..

Sealed boxes aren't tuned to a certain frequency. They have a rolloff point, but aren't tuned as a ported box is. The best thing to see a subs response in a sealed box is to run WinISD.
