I'm trying to figure out what size ported box to put my Eclipse Aluminum in... I was told by Eclipse that it's not a good idea to tune below 35 hz, they recommended a box tuned to 40 hz, 2.5 cubic foot. This seems very high, I planned on tuning around 30 hz. You're very knowledgeable on these things, what size box would you recommend and what tuning? Also, if you could give dimensions I'd be really appreciative I plan on slot porting the box. Also, if I don't do ported, what size sealed would be best for this sub?
