Dual 4Ohm Sub Mono class D Amp has 2 mono channels Should I just put each set of VC on there own channel? Key: VC=Voice Coil CH=Channel ex: (+VC1=+CH1)(-VC2=-CH1)(+VC3=CH2)(-VC4=CH2) Is this safe? Should the sub only be connected to one channel at a time?
well you can connect both voice coils to one output, most mono amps are made like that to supply power to two speakers since the wire would be extra thick trying to force it into one output, they made two outputs so you wouldnt have any exposed wires.

Well see the Sub is Dual 4 ohm and i need the amp to have a 4ohm load per channel... so if i put half the VC's on one channel and the other half on the other that would be 4ohm load per channel... just wandering if it was able to work like that? I really want these subs and Amp to work with eachother
i didnt know that the amp could only hold a 4 ohm load, if that is true, the sub is only going to 2 or 8 ohm depending on how you wire the coils. if you wanna keep the amp your best bet would to be to get a matyching sub and use a parralel/series wiring that way you can keep everything at a 4 ohm load.

What would happen IF I did put 1 set of VC's on CH1 and other set of VC's on CH2, that way it IS 4ohms per channel, im asking What will happen IF i did that...
