Is the Hifonics ZRX1200.2 CEA-2006 compliant?

The description on Sonic's website claims it to be CEA compliant, but they don't include it in the list of CEA-2006 compliant amps. I need to be sure that it can push the power that it claims. It will be powering 2 12" Pioneer Champion Pros rated at 600Rms a piece, so I need the full 1200 watts. http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_44494_Hifonics-ZRX1200.2.html

The manual doesn't even state that rated power is RMS (as the brutus line do state that) so that would be enough for me to say no.
