I bought a 2003 Lancer about a month ago and it came with a Viper remote. I looked it up and it seems to be a Viper 5701. It worked fine until one time I tried to unlock the car and it lit up an orange color instead of its regular green and made a noise like I'd just answered a question wrong on a game show. It did that same thing when you pressed any of the buttons. The remote start and locking and unlocking the car hasn't worked since. I didn't think it was that big of a deal though and I'd fix it when I got around it. Then today, I got in my car and turned the key and nothing happened. Absolutely nothing. No radio, no clock, no noises, nothing. The power locks wouldn't even work. Any suggestions?? Please!
